Keto Krate's renewal date is always on the 3rd of every month for your subscription. We then ship your order out within one business day.
However, if you want to change your charge date, you are free to do so. This will essentially hold your order for that month's Keto Krate. Some people prefer to do this rather than skip (read how to skip here) as they still want to receive that month's goodies. Let's look at an example.
Let's say Jenny is going to be out of town from Sept 6th to Sept 18th. Instead of skipping her September Keto Krate and missing out on that month's snacks, she decides to change her charge date to Sept 15th. This means that she won't be charged and shipped a Keto Krate until the 15th. Then she'll receive her Keto Krate 3-8 business days later for a nice welcome home treat :) Now, onto how to take care of this yourself.
Log into your customer portal.
Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions" and click on "Edit" for the subscription you are trying to change the renewal date on.
Click on "Change next charge date" to select when you would like to be charged again for your subscription.
Please note that as of the 20th of the month we begin selling the next month's Krate. If you change your charge date to the 20th of the month or later, you will not receive that month's Krate. Instead, this charge will go towards the next month's Krate which will ship out around the 3rd. For example, if you set your next charge to to September 20th you will not receive a September Krate. Your charge will go to the October which would ship out around October 3rd.
